The search terms people have used to find my page in web search engines never stop to amuse me. I got a hit after someone searched for: “depression why do i even bother trying single” …
I have evaluated the Movie Magic Scriptwriter briefly the last couple of days. It has the same feature set as Final Draft. But there are some nuisances that make me feel awkward using Scriptwriter compared to Final Draft: When you create a new script the first line is not automatically a slug line element. I couldn’t get it to autocomplete the INT/EXT and you must use double dash on slug lines to autocomplete time. And other such small things, however these where the first things that I notices.

My recent activities of tracking down various word processing documents that I tought was lost and convert them into some kind of open and readable document format — in particular screenplays — have spurred my interest into open source alternatives for scriptwriting.

Just sifted through the stats and discovered some funny bits. Apperently if you search for production music video stockholm my CV turn up on the third place in the result, or search for Turbonium X and my CV turn up fourth.
One reason for me to publish this personal homepage was the oppertunity of clearing out the closet. Loose bits laying around on my hard drives not knowing what to with them, thus the freaky gallery. This week I started to rescue old screenplays I wrote in the 90’s stored in now ancient and propetary document formats. I’ve converted some of the shorter scripts into ScreenplayML (a XML based format I cooked up) and rendered them as PDF files. So I decided to publish them here together with an incomplete list of other screenplays, teleplays and projects.
The world is a scarry place. Especialy when you realise it consist of you and a couple of billion morons. What’s making it even scarrier is that you find proof of that every day.
I’ve been really pathetic this weekend. Listening to Verdi operas, cooking Italian food and drinking wine. But when I looked at the backside of the package of pasta I did not only see a recipe for Carbonara. Whoever needs a recipe for that? It’s just slightly more difficult than pasta with oil and pepper, I say slightly more difficult since it may involve killing your own pig. But what I read in horror was that the recipe called for use the fresh pasta inside the package together with some prefabricated Carbonara souce. How stupid is that?
Helga: What about the good news?
Herr Flick: The good news is there are no more bad news.

Most spam are stupid. First you get spam trying to sell CD-ROMs full of email addresses. Then you get spam pitching tools to block spam.
But going through the junkmail folder I noticed a message with the subject line “Her daughter kisses better than her mom” which sprung my mind into a philosophical contemplation.
Who are the subject line talking about? My conclution is that it’s an implicitly mentioned person who has both a daughter and a mother. And I think most people would agree that they rather kiss the daughter than the daughters grandmother…
